Body habits, 10 good

Good body habits lead to increased well-being and energy. The following ten tips on good body habits can be useful to everybody. The first five tips are particularly important to follow if your hearing ability is reduced.
Lower your shoulders.

Do not stare at the person you are communicating with.

Take a deep breath once in a while and feel how you relax when breathing out.

Make sure to have both feet on the floor when sitting in a chair.

Do not twist your body when lifting something heavy.

Avoid overstretched knees. Try to let your knees be loose when you walk and stand still.

Try to sit on your sit bones (ischial tuberosities) when sitting on a chair so that your back is relatively straight.

Change position frequently when you sit in the same place for a long time.

Think ”head high, good posture and forward” when you walk.

Stretch your body well during the day.

Feel how you stretch your jaw muscles when you yawn, you breathe deeply and maybe you feel like stretching your whole body.
