Hong Kong finest artists sing for better hearing

It was a fully booked Concert Hall at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre that hosted “The Widex Charity Concert for the Hearing Impaired” on 29th March 2004. Artists among the most prominent on the Peninsula had answered positively to sing for better hearing. Among them was Hong Kong-born actress and hearing challenged Jacqueline Law who has served as the Ambassador of Widex Hong Kong since 2003.

Talents came from the medical front too. The Choir of Hong Kong Medical Association marked the opening of the concert, sending a strong message that the Community Hearing Awareness Campaign is a joint effort.

Entirely sponsored by Widex Hong Kong, the charity event is the culmination of their long-term commitment to spread the message about positive rehabilitation. The profit from ticket sales were donated to the Hong Kong Society for the Deaf which aims at promoting better hearing and improving quality of life for the hearing impaired community in Hong Kong.
